• Fill out the form below which includes  1 or 2 photos of you in dancewear.  This does not have to be Oh La La dancewear (but obviously, its always a bonus).  
• Share our Join the Crew Post on your Instagram feed - tag the Oh La La Dancewear UK Insta page and use the hashtag #jointhecrewlalauk - you can include a photo of you on this post as well - totally up to you.
• Make sure you are following our Instagram page (and Facebook if you have it).
